A large fleece hoodie with the front and back sides cut in three "arms" each. The arms are glued from the wrong side by duct tape (about up to 3/4 high, not to the very top, or the hoodie would become too tight). For suction cups we first tried to use round mailing labels, as it was recommended in some other costume descriptions, but they didn't work well: first, they hardly could be attached to fleece (I had to reinforce them with a stapler) and second, they didn't last long, too easy to tear and fell apart. So, I later cut new circles of white fleece, and attached them with a stapler. Big eyes are made from craft balls glued to the hood with hot glue and duct tape.
